    Happy with the price? Accept the quote. Our team calls you to confirm the details and shares a GST invoice and payment details.

    We deliver and check quality

    We track the order and share the courier details, so you always know when it arrives.

  6. STEP 6
    You check the goods

    You get 5 days to check. A problem? Tell us with photos and we sort it out with the maker.

If something goes wrong

Tell us within a few days of delivery. Our team checks photos, tracking and the order details with the maker, then agrees a fix with you: new goods, part refund or full refund.

Who makes your products?

Checked manufacturers and labs from our network. We check their GST, bank account and samples, and track their quality and delivery on every order.
