Terms of Use

YesBatch helps consumer brands source raw materials, packaging, labels, lab testing, manufacturing and shipping supplies. You send us a requirement; we find suitable makers and send you one quote. Right now the site is for inquiries only: no payment is taken on the site.

• You must be 18 or over and use YesBatch for your business.
• The details you give us (name, business, GST number, contact details) must be true and up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else is using it.

• Prices, minimum orders and delivery times shown on the site are indicative. They are not an offer to sell.
• Sending a requirement is free and does not commit you to buy.
• A quote is valid until the date shown on it. Prices exclude GST unless the quote says otherwise.
• An order is formed only when you accept a quote and we confirm it in writing and issue a GST invoice. Payment terms are as stated on that invoice.

• We source goods to the specifications agreed in the confirmed quote. Please check specifications, artwork and samples carefully before you confirm.
• Lab test reports come from independent labs and describe the samples they tested.
• As the brand owner, you remain responsible for your product's legal compliance, including FSSAI, BIS, Legal Metrology, drug and cosmetic rules, and your labels and claims. We can help you find the right tests and labels, but we do not give legal advice.

• Delivery times are estimates. We will tell you if we expect a delay.
• Check goods when they arrive. Tell us within 5 days of delivery, with photos, if something is missing, damaged or not as agreed. We will check with the maker and agree a fix with you, such as replacement, repair or a refund of the affected part.

• Your business details, GST number, prices, capacity and lead times must be accurate. We may check them.
• Buyers deal with YesBatch, not with you directly, unless we arrange it. Do not contact buyers you meet through us to deal around us.
• We may pause or remove a supplier account for poor quality, late delivery or false information.

Do not:

• Give false information, or pretend to be someone else.
• Copy or scrape the catalogue, prices or photos in bulk, or use bots to access the site.
• Try to break into, overload or disrupt the site or other users' accounts.
• Use the service for goods that are illegal to make or sell in India.

• The site, its text, design and catalogue belong to us or our licensors. Product photos are used under their licences; see Photo credits.
• Your brand names, artwork and formulations stay yours. You let us use them only to prepare quotes and fulfil your orders, and we will not share them beyond the makers and labs working on your order.

• We provide the site "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available but cannot promise it will always be error-free.
• To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost sales.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

You can close your account at any time by writing to us. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, with notice where reasonable. Confirmed orders and legal record-keeping continue after closure.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to resolve any dispute with you in good faith. If that fails, the courts at [City for courts, e.g. Mumbai] have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for important changes, tell signed-in users. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
